While we strive to ship orders within one business day of receipt, we ask that you allow up to seven business days for shipping. If shipping will be delayed for more than 7 days we will notify you in advance. Domestic Shipping to US and Canada is served by our choice of USPS Airmail, Priority Mail, or Fedex Ground. For special shipping requests (Expedited Mail, Signature Guarantee, etc.) please call or email our office directly to order. Domestic orders typically take 2-5 days; Canadian customs clearance can add additional time. US orders will always have some form of delivery or tracking confirmation.
International Shipping is available with USPS Regular Air Mail and Express Air Mail. We would like to recommend Express Air Mail, as it offers guaranteed delivery, usually within 5 business days.
If you wish to return an item please note that returns are limited to CDs and DVDs. The returned product should be in resale-able condition, in it's original packaging and including all manuals.
We will offer a replacement products if our technicians determine that the item has a manufacturing defect. Products must be returned postmarked within 15 days of purchase. We will provide with an identical product, but cannot provide cash refunds. We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred from customer misuse. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility.
